It’s based on a few universal truths, the first and foremost is like the intrinsic quality of sugar is to provide sweetness, the intrinsic nature of human life is ‘happiness’.
The second universal truth is that everyone possesses the ability to be happy, eternally and supremely, yet we keep searching outside of us.
The third universal truth that law of attraction works in every situation, so when we have only negative news around us, we tend to have more instances of negativity while, if we have more noble and positive acts being done, acknowledged and talked about, we will have more of positivity and happiness around.
Based on this ideology, an effort has been made by The Positive Times team to lay a foundation and a platform where efforts of NGO’s will be noticed to make the society a better place to live and for the corporates who genuinely wants to work on the premise of benefitting the people and the planet out of the profits that they earn, using resources from the environment. This not only ensures creating happier times, but makes our planet sustainable, so that our future generations live a much healthier and happier lives.

Corporate social Responsibility has been identified as an activity where the corporate makes good the resources back into the environment for sustainability and prosperity of both the people and the planet. Though the concept of CSR is not new, many companies have since ages been contributing towards the welfare of the people and the environment, but since the dawn of the new Companies Act, 2013, making it mandatory for the companies to contribute towards CSR activities, above a certain threshold, many corporates are clue less about the gamut of activities that they can take up under the new norms of CSR. Likewise, even the NGO’s who are looking for financial help for the various projects and activities, are finding difficult to approach the corporates. The Positive Times is an endeavor to bridge the gap between the two.
We approach the NGO, understand the activities they are involved into, do a due diligence of their legal documents, identify how it is covered under the CSR norms, develop their profile, assess their fund requirement and the area and the sector in which they operate. Accordingly, match up with the corporate willing to donate funds to the respective NGO. We monitor and continuously update the corporate about the progress of the project for which funds have been donated and help them make their CSR reports to be submitted to the various stakeholders.
